The global aim of this course is to equip students to address biological questions from a comprehensive and quantitative perspective.
The course is designed to foster two types of students: those with biological background and those trained in quantitative sciences such as mathematics and physics. Theoretical and practical sessions will be organized in a way that the skills of one group of students will help the other group.
The course consists of 5 modules
- Introduction for theoreticians and experimentalists
- Single cell analysis of signal transduction systems
- Network biology and metabolism
- Synthetic genetic Arrays (SGAs) and epistasis mini-array profiles (EMAPs)
- Genetic interaction mapping of intracellular traffic

Information and Deadline
The course will be limited to 20 students that will participate in the theoretical and practical activities. Selected participants from abroad will have accommodation and meals covered by the organization. Travel expenses are not covered.

Symposium "Yeast Systems Biology"
